Refund & Returns Policy – GreenLife Forever Micro Farm
1. General Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to delivering the freshest farm-to-table items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
2. Catering & Special Events
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your catering event.
The deposit will be applied toward your final balance but will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, regardless of reason.
Full payment is due by the agreed date prior to your event. Cancellations after payment has been made will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns
We take great care to prepare and package all orders with accuracy and quality in mind.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
While refunds are not available, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit toward a future purchase.
